All inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations conducted in accordance with the Alberta Home Inspection Business Regulation under the Consumer Protection Act.

References to services such as aerial imaging or thermal imaging do not constitute a guarantee of defect detection and are subject to inspection scope, safety considerations, and regulatory compliance.

Aerial imaging, where performed, is conducted in compliance with Transport Canada and applicable laws.

Pricing displayed on this website is subject to change without notice.

Final fees may vary depending on:

• Property size
• Property age
• Property complexity
• Add-on services selected
• Travel requirements
   

A signed inspection agreement and confirmed booking determine final pricing.

Booking requests submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed inspection until accepted by Niton Property Inspection Inc.

Inspection services require a signed agreement and applicable deposit.

Report delivery is subject to completion of payment as outlined in the Residential Inspection Agreement.
