 Home Inspection Certificate of Achievement completed through SAIT Continuing Education and the Carson Dunlop training program. This program provides formal education in residential building systems, inspection methodology, and professional reporting practices. 

 Red Seal certified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic with extensive experience in residential and commercial mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment. 

 Alberta Gasfitter (A) certification supporting extensive experience with gas appliances, combustion systems, commercial, and residential heating equipment. 

Radon measurement professional training to conduct radon testing procedures in accordance with recognized measurement standards. 

 Achievement in Business Competencies – Blue Seal Program. This certification recognizes additional training in business management, leadership, and professional practice for skilled trades professionals. 

 Wood Energy Technology Transfer (WETT) training focused on the inspection and safety considerations of wood-burning appliances and venting systems. Additional certification levels currently in progress.
